When my sister was pregnant with twins, her pregnancy was extremely difficult and physically demanding. She spent much of that time resting at my parents’ home, struggling with constant aches and exhaustion. I often stayed up late massaging her back and shoulders, helping ease the strain on her body. The relief it brought her inspired me to pursue a career in Massage Therapy, particularly in prenatal massage.

I trained at Western Career College and became licensed in 2008. Over the past 17 years, I have worked in professional spa environments including Massage Envy, where I served as both a Massage Therapist and Lead Massage Therapist, as well as Changes Hair Salon and Day Spa. These experiences allowed me to work with a wide range of clients while refining a style that blends therapeutic massage effectiveness with deep relaxation.

My approach to massage is intuitive, personalized, and focused on creating a calm, restorative experience. I incorporate techniques such as prenatal massage, Trigger Point Therapy (TrP), Cupping, Swedish, and Deep Tissue work depending on each client’s needs. I specialize in helping clients who experience chronic pain, neck and shoulder tension, TMJ discomfort, and migraines.

Today I provide personalized mobile massage sessions through Mount Diablo Massage LLC, bringing a spa-quality experience directly to my clients. With a heated table, warm towels, and a calming atmosphere, my goal is to create a space where you can fully relax, release tension, and leave feeling refreshed and restored.
